Gluten-Free Rosemary Crackers

So easy and simple to make! Store bought gluten-free crackers can be expensive but they can be cheap to make at home!

Ingredients:
1 cup corn flour (Not meal! Corn flour is finer ground, my favourite brand is Bobs Red Mill, you can also substitute this for an alternate flour but the outcome can vary)
1/4 cup Avocado or olive oil
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Sea salt
A few sprigs of herbs of choice- I used fresh rosemary and a bit of lavender. If you’re using dried I would add 2 tsp!

Optional add ins: sesame seeds, poppy seeds (my fav!), pumpkin seeds

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Spread out onto a parchment lined baking sheet until it’s about 1/4 inch thick and even. The thinner you spread the mixture the crispier your crackers will be.

Using a knife score your crackers into the desired shape. I usually cut mine into squares.

I like to sprinkle some extra sea salt on top before baking:)

Bake in the oven for 35-50 minutes or until crispy and the crackers on the outside of the tray and slightly golden on the edges. Baking time varies depending on how thin you spread your cracker batter out on the tray.

Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy :-)
